DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

The parties agree to the following upon submitting a deposit by the customer and receiving a receipt from NOMI (“Company”).

PROPOSED PROJECT

Bathroom design & remodeling

PROJECT ESTIMATE

The initial estimate provided in the first meeting is a cost projection of the bathroom design and remodeling project.

This estimate is based on allowances for materials. NOMI will provide a fixed price scope of work upon completion of the design phase.

DEPOSIT: $1,000

Design agreement includes up to 2 design meetings (90 minutes each) and up to 10 remotely hours of design and procurement work in the office.

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your project.
In any case, the homeowners elect not to move forward to the construction phase; they are not entitled to receive any of the design materials.
Once the design phase begins (In-person meeting), the deposit is non-refundable.
A homeowner has the right to cancel this transaction, without penalty or obligation, at any time before the third (3) business days after the date of this Agreement. No work shall begin until after the rescission period has expired.

*NOMI cannot reserve a time slot in its construction schedule until the submission of the downpayment.
